I had my first appointment with Donna on Tuesday and expect to be seeing her on a regular basis. She was absolutely amazing, extremely positive and let me try as many wigs as I wanted. It took me a while but I finally chose one that we both felt suited me perfectly. I do foresee a wig addiction in my future, along with a budding friendship with Donna lol thanks so much Donna!

If the wig coming in the mail looks and feels like the wig Donna fitted me for, I will be ecstatic. Although I was very nervous, shortly after my arrival, Donna made me feel very comfortable. Definitely 5 stars.

After having several terrible experiences at other stores I made the trip to Edmonton from Calgary to check out Chiquel. I was apprehensive, but was immediately welcomed by Donna. She made me feel at ease right away.

I wasn’t totally sure what I was looking for and Donna had no problem showing me multiple styles and colors. She listened to what I wanted, but also offered her opinion and insight. She was incredibly knowledgable, professional, and patient. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase.
